Adding All Categories in Email

This one is a request from one of our members here. IndexU has the capability to let users choose up to three categories when doing submission. But in the email that sent to users, it is only showing the main category, the additional categories do not show up there. So we'll need to do a little tricks here.
For this mods we will use the same method that we use in "Adding Link Detail in Email" mods, by injecting PHP code directly in email templates.
So here is the code for the email template :
That's it.
Now all categories will be shown in the outgoing emails.
