Contact Mods

This mods will provide a nice and better contact us page for your IndexU directory. Please notes that IndexU already have a way to contact admin (http://www.indexudirectory.com/sendmail.php?u=admin), this is just an alternative since I want the contact us page to be different that the default sendmail form and it's template can be customized further to be more professional.

Unzip it and upload the "contact.php" file in your indexu top folder, and upload the templates ("contact_form.html", "contact_ok.html") to your active templates folder.
Please notes that the templates file is using the default "kosmos" template, so you might need to adjust it if you're using different templates.
If you want to add/change the subjects and it's descriptions, simply modify the contact.php script and adjust the following lines :
