Enhanced Category Suggestion Mods

This is another mod that requested by our member here. The purpose of this mods is to store categories suggested by user into database, so then administrator can easily approve or reject from IndexU admin panel, the behavior is just like handling pending links and reviews.

Members can download this mods for FREE here (you’ll need to login first).

Here is the installation step :

1. Create the idx_category_suggestion table, you can use PHPMyAdmin or through IndexU Admin Panel > Database > Query
   Content visible to member only. Please register or login first.

2. Backup your original suggest_category.php script.
3. Unzip and upload the enhanced-category-suggestion-mods.zip file to the corresponding IndexU folder.
4. If you want this mods to be available in admin left panel menu, simply add this on /admin_tpl/menu.html file.
   Change :
   Content visible to member only. Please register or login first.

   To :

   Content visible to member only. Please register or login first.

That's it.

Since IndexU use category pricing model, you'll need to specify pricing for basic, premium and sponsored listing when approving categories. After approving or rejecting categories, you do not need to run the "Update Category Path" again since it is already done automatically by the mods.
