Latest Category Visit Mods

This mods is very similar with the latest visit mods, but this one is for category. When user browsing your categories, we track the latest category they visited and then we can show them using blocks. Same with the previous mods, we need another table to store latest categories data.
Members can download this mods for FREE here (you’ll need to login first).
Here is the installation step :
1. Create the idx_latest_category_visit table, you can use PHPMyAdmin or through IndexU Admin Panel > Database > Query
2. Unzip and upload the latest-category-visit-mods.zip file to the corresponding IndexU folder.
3. Modify trackclick.php file.
4. Now you can call the latest category visit blocks like this :
About the blocks parameter :
- title : the block title
- max_item : the number of category to show
As usual, the blocks is using the default "kosmos" layout. So if you use other themes, you'll need to adjust the template files a little bit.
