New Pricing for Directory Listing and Membership

There is a great news from NiceCoder, IndexU DELUXE v1.0.0 finally released. Previously it is called IndexU 6.0.0, but it seems changed to Deluxe 1.0.0 due license policy changes by NiceCoder.
